Popcultcha Pty Ltd is an Australian company (ABN: 35 131 015 711), and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any prices displayed in other currencies are provided as a guide only.

These conditions cover every part of your shopping experience — including shipping, payment, pre-orders, returns, and refunds. Please review each section carefully before purchasing.

Domestic Shipping

• Orders for in-stock items are processed promptly and shipped via Australia Post or other trusted carriers. Tracking numbers are supplied for every parcel so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping

• All international orders are shipped from Australia.

• Delivery times vary depending on your local carrier and customs processing.

• Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Items

• Australia Post will not investigate missing parcels until 15 business days (around three weeks) have passed since the last tracking scan. If your parcel appears delayed, please monitor your tracking and contact us after this period so we can escalate with Australia Post.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

• If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Combined Shipments

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock portion may ship first while pre-orders ship when they arrive.

• If multiple pre-order items arrive together, we may combine them into a single parcel for safety and convenience.
  
  

VPN / Location Display Issues

• Using a VPN, IP blocker, or location-hiding service while browsing may cause incorrect shipping rates or pricing to display. Popcultcha is not liable for such discrepancies.
  

Pre-Order Definition

• A Pre-Order is an item that is not currently in stock. An In-Stock item is available for shipment at the time of order.

Payment Timing

• Pre-orders under $200 are charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

• Pre-orders over $200 may have the option to pay a $100 non refundable deposit to reserve your item. Whether a deposit option is available is at the discretion of Popcultcha.
  
  

Shipment of Pre-Orders

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are generally shipped separately.

• If multiple pre-orders or orders arrive at our warehouse simultaneously, we may combine them into one shipment for your convenience.
  
  

Release Dates

• Manufacturer release dates (ETA’s) are estimates only and subject to change.
  
  

Shipping Fees

• You only pay one shipping fee per order, even if your items are shipped in multiple parcels due to staggered release dates.
  
  

Pre-Order Cancellations & Supplier Issues

• If we cannot fulfil your pre-order due to supplier shortage or cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

• If you choose to cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled, we will review whether a refund is possible depending on your order status and allocation.
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

Change of Mind Returns

• Change-of-mind refunds are provided at Popcultcha's discretion as store credit only. Please contact us at [email protected]

• Returned products must be sent at the customer’s expense in original, unopened condition.

• Approved Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used.

• Processing times vary depending on your bank, card provider, or PayPal.
  
  

Packaging Condition

• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself is generally not considered a defect.

• Retail packaging is subject to change, variations in packaging are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

Currency & Exchange Rates

• All payments are processed in AUD. Currency conversions shown on the site are approximate and updated daily.

• Your bank, PayPal, or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which may differ from those shown on our website.

Fraud Prevention
